It has been a long time but we are back and I promise its  worth the wait as we drop this weeks episode of Fitness Rebels Radio.  This week we welcome Matt Domney the other half and head coach of compound performance to the show. 

He is a competitive powerlifter, a very smart guy with a wealth of knowledge with an awesome personality. We just starting chatting and just pressed record as I did not want to miss a thing. we were so into the chat that  we even forgot to do the intro and had to throw it in at the end.

It was a great chat and we spoke all across the board about training! You will get some great insights into how we see things and how we program around injuries and hopefully you will also get motivated to go lift some heavy shiz!
